Custom Reporting

Shortcuts offers a wide range of reports as a standard part of any Shortcuts software program, but if your needs dictate that you need something more specific, such as a particular benchmark report, our Business Intelligence Department is on hand to assist.

Shortcuts delivers custom reporting for single site salons and spas as well as chain, group and franchise networks around the globe, catering to their needs for highly specific analytical data.

There are many custom reports that are made available to all clients as well as reports and report bundles Shortcuts develops for particular groups of clients, such as report bundles specific to members of consulting groups.

One such report is the Extended Commissions Report (ECR), which is an intensive report that uses an external configuration tool that your Shortcuts Educator will walk you through as you explain your commission structure. The ECR was developed to allow clients to have flexibility in creating policies for paying their staff.
