Q). I need to track sales of some types of products and services differently to others. Can I do this with FinanceLink?

A). Yes! FinanceLink can be set up to export service and product information based on the service category and the product category or subcategory. This allows great flexibility when exporting product and service information from Shortcuts to Quickbooks.

Q).  Is payroll functionality supported?

A). If you are using Quickbooks for payroll, FinanceLink can convert employee times worked against rosters in the Appointment Book to payroll items in Quickbooks. This will help you track employee times when preparing payroll.  Quickbooks cannot receive commission transactions, however speak to your Shortcuts representative about our Extended Commission Report to make calculating your commissions a breeze!

Q). What versions of Quickbooks are supported?

A). We support QuickBooks 2002 or higher, Pro Edition or higher (this includes specialized editions such as the Accountant Edition, Contractor Edition, Non-profit Edition, etc.) and U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand versions.
