I’m not so great with computers; will this be hard to set-up?
Shortcuts actually sets up the entire system for you as part of the start-up training and configuration. From inventory and service menus to employee capabilities and commissions, Shortcuts spends time with you to understand your business and customize your software.

I have a new staff member, how can I train them on the Shortcuts system?Depending on the level of understanding necessary, you can choose from a selected program with an accredited trainer such as the Reception Jump Start, jump on one of the Training Tours worldwide or purchase the @MYSPEED set of CDs. I have very little time to attend training, what can I do?Online training is perfect for those with tight schedules as we can work to fit your schedule. No matter what time zone you are in, we have a time slot waiting for you.
