Shortcuts
FinanceLink™ is a comprehensive tool that will take financial
information from the Shortcuts system into QuickBooks. This will bring QuickBooks
up to date with the latest sales, order, client points, series and gift certificate
information, improving the accuracy of financial information and eliminating

Is it an accounting system?Shortcuts focuses on the hair and beauty markets only, but find it important
to provide well-rounded solutions to salon or spa owners. That is why we
integrate with top-of-the-line products, such as QuickBooks, that provide
specialized services. However, Shortcuts does produce several financial reports
including tax, payroll and commission reports.
How can I calculate my commissions with Shortcuts?During the Business Requirements Analysis (BRA), you and your educator will
discuss commissions and will take a look at the best way to set it up in
Shortcuts. We also offer a more sophisticated module, the Extended Commissions
Report , that allows for more flexibility for complex commission structures.
Can Shortcuts do Loyalty Clubs?Yes, Shortcuts supports both loyalty clubs with discounts and points-based
loyalty clubs whereby your clients are rewarded for coming back to your business.

How much does Shortcuts cost?Shortcuts does not use standardized prices since each client is unique as are

I have more than one location, does Shortcuts support multiple locations?Shortcuts has the strongest franchise or chain solution on the market called
Shortcuts Enterprise. Typically recommended for businesses with five or more
locations, or a solid growth plan, Enterprise will centralize your operations
